Returns & Exchanges

14-Day Return Window – Customers have 14 days from receiving their order to notify me if they wish to return an item.

Additional 14 Days to Return – After notifying me, customers have a further 14 days to send the item back.

Condition for Returns – Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Shipping Costs – The customer is responsible for return postage costs, unless the item is damaged.

Refund Processing – Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Processing times may vary depending on the bank, typically taking 3–14 days to appear in your account.

Partial Refunds – If an item is returned in unsaleable condition (e.g., damaged or used), a partial refund may be issued at my discretion.

Exchanges

  • I offer exchanges if you’d like a different size or style of print.
  • The original item must be returned first before the exchange can be processed.
  • If there is a price difference between the original and exchanged item, this will be adjusted accordingly.

Damaged or Faulty Items

I take utmost care when packaging orders, but sometimes mishaps occur during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible so I can assist you.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or exchange, please contact me via the Contact Form or email me at hello@kayleighmariedesigns.co.uk with your order details.

Once your return is approved, I’ll provide the return address and any necessary instructions.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalised items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable.
