Below you'll find all the information you need about how and when your order will be shipped.
Processing Times

Prints: 1–3 working days.

Cushions: Made to order, with a production time of approximately 14–20 days.
Please note that I do not process or ship orders on UK Bank Holidays or weekends. During busy periods such as Christmas, delivery times may be longer.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
All orders are shipped from the West Midlands, UK via Royal Mail.

Free Shipping: 2nd Class Royal Mail (estimated 2–4 working days).

Cushions: Shipped with Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard.

Tracking Information

Free 2nd Class shipping is not tracked.

Cushions are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

If you would like tracking on your print order, please upgrade at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification email.
Delays and Lost Parcels
Courier delivery times are beyond my control and occasional delays may occur.
Royal Mail officially classes an item as lost 10 working days after the expected delivery date.
If your order hasn’t arrived within a few days of your estimated delivery date, please contact me so I can assist you.

Damaged or Lost Parcels: I will resend your order free of charge via the same shipping method.

Incorrect Address / Non-Collection: If an item is returned due to an incorrect address or non-collection from the Post Office, any reposting fees will need to be covered by the customer.
