What is a pre-order?
A pre-order allows you to secure your cushion in advance before it’s officially available. This ensures you get first access to our luxury cushions before they sell out.

When will my pre-order be shipped?
All pre-orders placed will be shipped in the time frame given in the product description. You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order is on its way.

Why should I pre-order?
Our cushions are produced in small, limited batches. By pre-ordering, you guarantee your cushion at our exclusive VIP launch pricing before the full release.

Shipping & Processing Times

Where do you ship to?
Currently, we only ship within the UK from our website. If you’re outside the UK, you can place your order through our Etsy store.

How long will it take to process my order?
All in-stock items are processed within 1-3 working days. Pre-orders will be processed according to the estimated shipping timeframe provided in the product listing.

What shipping options do you offer?

FREE Standard UK Shipping: Sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class (estimated delivery 2-5 postal days, but delays can occur).
Upgrade to Tracked48: Faster, fully tracked delivery option available at checkout.

Will I receive tracking information?
Only orders upgraded to Tracked48 will include tracking. Standard 2nd Class shipping does not come with full tracking.
